2) Ruger Model 10/22 Carbine Caliber .22 lr entire camp.

I am afraid that is something of the tender and traders are disappointed, in business to make money. I think that about $ 150-175 to $ 100-125, and Marlin is up to the Ruger. Depending on the condition and location of the course.
A person who opened for the sale person ask for more money. Put an ad in the local newspaper.
